• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 10% administration charge - available until Tuesday 28th February 2023.
• Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Wednesday 29th March 2023.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Deferrals or transfer to an alternate event are accepted up to 30 days prior to the event. Substitions can be completed until entries close. Please note that the following add-on fees are non-refundable.
