If an event is curtailed or cancelled because of circumstances beyond the control of the club, the club reserves the right to retain all or part of your fees.

If you wish to cancel your entry you can do so via SI Entries, up to 18:00 on Saturday 5th December 2026. You will receive a cash refund minus SI Entries booking fee.
