Event Cancellation / RefundPolicy

You can:

  • Cancel your entry with a Refund minus the SiEntries booking fee - available until Sunday 15th November 2026.
  • Cancel your entry with a Refund minus a 20% administration charge - available until Thursday 31st December 2026.
  • Cancel your entry with a Refund minus a 30% administration charge - available until Wednesday 31st March 2027.
  • Cancel your entry with a Refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Friday 30th April 2027.
  • Cancel your entry but no Refunds will be given - available until Sunday 13th June 2027.

After that time the option to Cancel / Refund will no longer be available.

A separate refund policy is available to support runners who have a race place but wish to withdraw because of pregnancy or adoption. Please see the race website for details
