You can cancel your entry with a refund minus a 30% administration charge - available until Thursday 12th November 2026. After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Cancellation, Refund & Deferral Policy 

Runners who withdraw up to 4 weeks prior to race day (Race start time GMT 28 days prior) are now eligible for either a refund, minus a 30% admin fee, or a deferral to the following year, minus a 15% admin fee.

Withdrawals within four weeks of race day are still not be eligible for any refund and cannot be deferred. 

To defer, runners must for now - contact us via email.

Your race place will then be cancelled and any refund protection (if taken out) will be voided. You will then be invited to sign up for the following years' event, prior to general entries opening. Runners cannot defer to any other event, other than the one they initially registered for. The cost due at that point is 15% of your initial entry fee plus the price difference for the following year - if there is one. If you choose not to sign up at that stage or withdraw prior to race day, no refund will be issued.

Volunteer Entries cannot be deferred.

Exception to this is ONLY for pregnancy/ postpartum and in which case you must notify us by email here of your pregnancy no later than 4 weeks prior to race day to be eligible for a 100% refund.

You must acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy during the registration process.
