However as per the terms and conditions you signed: "I understand and accept that NO REFUNDS will be payable. However as the race is now full we will try and accommodate transfers of places. This process will be managed by us to ensure fairness to the waitlist."

Unfortunately events like this would just not be possible and incredibly hard to plan for if we accepted refunds to be provided.
