Refunds if a Competitor Cancels Their Entry

  • Up to 1 April:
    Teams may withdraw and receive a refund of their entry fee and any T-shirt purchases, minus an admin fee of £35 per team.
    If the event reaches full capacity, we may extend this refund window at the organiser’s discretion.

  • After 1 April:
    No refunds are available. However, the entry owner may substitute team members—details of how to do this are provided below.

  • Deferrals:
    We do not offer deferrals to future years under any circumstances, unless the entire event must be postponed and a deferral forms part of the compensation package.

Refunds if the Event Is Cancelled

If we are forced to cancel the event, we will refund the proportion of entry fees that has not yet been spent at the time of cancellation, or offer a deferral depending on the circumstances. This means you may not receive a full refund.

Team / Course Changes
Team and course changes will not be allowed at the event, with the exception of teams on linear courses who wish to switch to a shorter course on the second day by notifying us on the Sunday morning of the event. You can change partner, and/or course (provided there is space available) up until 8am on Monday 29th June by editing in SiEntries yourself.  No team or course changes will be available after this time , including at the event itself.
