Saunders Lakeland Mountain Marathon

Once the event is 99% full teams can withdraw and we will refund the entry fee and the costs of any T-shirts purchased, less an admin fee of £35 per team, up until 28th June

Otherwise refunds are not available after this date, but team members can be substituted by the entry owner until entries close

Refunds if the Event Is Cancelled

If we are forced to cancel the event, we will refund the proportion of entry fees that has not yet been spent at the time of cancellation, or offer a deferral depending on the circumstances. This means you may not receive a full refund.

Team / Course Changes
Team and course changes will not be allowed at the event, with the exception of teams on linear courses who wish to switch to a shorter course on the second day by notifying us on the Sunday morning of the event. You can change partner, and/or course (provided there is space available) up until 8am on Monday 29th June by editing in SiEntries yourself.  No team or course changes will be available after this time, including at the event itself.
