Event Cancellation / RefundPolicy

You can:

  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 25% administration charge - available until Sunday 25th January 2026.
  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Sunday 22nd March 2026.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Please note that the following add-on fees are non-refundable.

  • Optional Extra - Medium
  • Optional Extra - Large
  • Optional Extra - Extra Large
  • Booking Protect fee
