2026 Holy Trail Festival of Running

Due to the nature of the event, costs are incurred before a participant signs up. Boghopper Races Ltd however understands that things can change and are able to offer the following refund policy:

• 12 weeks or more before the event – 50% refund
• 12 - 8 weeks before the event – 25% refund
• Less than 8 weeks before the event – no refund

Entrants are able to transfer or sell their entry to another participant by using the buttons on SiEntries up until 26 April 2026.

Unfortunately, deferrals are not allowed for any reason due to costs already incurred.

Refunds for t-shirts ordered through the entry system cannot be provided if cancelled less than 4 weeks before the event.

If in any doubt, we advise participants to take out XCover protection in case of cancellation (subject to the terms and conditions of the policy).
