Refunds and transfers

Up to 4 weeks before the event takes place (up to and including 29/03/2026) you can either:

• Cancel your entry via SiEntries and receive a 90% card refund within 5 working days of cancellation. The difference covers the SiEntries fees that we incur.
• Sell your entry via SiEntries and receive a 90% card refund within 5 working days of cancellation. The difference covers the SiEntries fees that we incur.

Up to 2 weeks before the event takes place (up to and including 12/04/2026) you can:

• Transfer your place to someone else using the substitute option via SiEntries. You will keep full ownership of the entry and will be responsible for maintaining all the entry details. The ability to change the original medal and tee choices may be restricted within 4 weeks of the event because of final orders submitted to suppliers.
