Event Cancellation / RefundPolicy

Cancellation up to 2 June 2025 - Your entry fee will be refunded minus a 9% administration fee 

Cancellation between 3rd June and 2nd July - 68% of your entry will be refunded.

Cancellation between 3rd July and 1st August - 46% of your entry will be refunded.

Cancellation after 1st August - no refund will be given.
