Although refunds cancellations are not allowed as a matter of course, Bolly Skyline will consider refunds on the grounds of exceptional circumstances.

If there are exceptional circumstances the refund will be calculated as follows, with the repayment reducing as the first day of the event approaches:
* More than 12 weeks: 75% of entry fee
* 12 to 6 weeks: 50% of entry fee
* 6 to 2 weeks: 25% of entry fee
* less than 2 weeks: no refund
The refund will not include the booking fee.
