Notice: We have had reports of some intermittent issues with certain broadband providers accessing SiEntries today. We have checked all major UK mobile networks and they appear to be working.

Event Cancellation / RefundPolicy

You can:

  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus the SiEntries booking fee - available until Saturday 21st December 2024.
  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 20% administration charge - available until Tuesday 21st January 2025.
  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Friday 21st February 2025.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.
