Please note that there is a refund protection option available to you at the time of booking. We would recommend reading the wording of their policy very carefully and making sure you are happy with the terms before choosing this option. If you do not choose refund protection then the Galloway Activity Centre is not able to offer refunds if the event has to be cancelled but may offer to transfer your booking to a future event. In the event of cancellation by you, if you cancel more than two weeks prior to the event then we offer to either donate your total booking cost to the Galloway Mountain Rescue Team or we can give a 50% refund. No refunds are offered for cancellations within two weeks of the event's start date.
