Notice: We have had reports of some intermittent issues with certain broadband providers accessing SiEntries today. We have checked all major UK mobile networks and they appear to be working.

Event Cancellation / RefundPolicy

You can:

  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 10% administration charge - available until Saturday 27th January 2024.
  • Cancel your entry with a refund minus a 50% administration charge - available until Wednesday 27th March 2024.

After that time the option to cancel / refund will no longer be available.

Deferrals or transfer to an alternate event are accepted up to 30 days prior to the event. Substitions can be completed until entries close.
