Individual start times:

• 4.00 am walkers anticipating taking between 16-20 hrs
• 6.00 am walkers/joggers taking up to 16 hours
• 7.00 am Runners

We are keeping the 4am start this year to accommodate slower walkers anticipating taking between 16-20 hours but which will give you qualification for a 100 mile event on finishing.  Strict rules apply:

• no transfer between start times of 4am and 6am will be allowed
• no entries on the day for this special start
• separate room for sleeping overnight

Prizes to first 3 male, first 3 female and first team.

Relay
Consecutive legs cannot be run by any participant.

For Mixed teams, 4 stages must be run by men and 4 stages by women in any combination, or if only 3 women then at least the distance of 27 km must be run by women.

Team prizes to first open, ladies and mixed teams.
