Are you confident in following a route but want to be able to navigate better, or get out and explore the mountains on your runs?
This course will help you venture away from tracks and paths, help you relocate when it goes wrong and allow you to explore more open country on your runs.
This course is ideal for those wanting to become more efficient at navigating whilst running, or thinking of trying a mountain marathon or self-navigated mountain ultra, such as the Cape Wrath.
Some experience of navigating is required and some basic running fitness, but the emphasis is on navigating not distance.
Drinks and cake will be provided at the end.
