Classic Lakeland open fell area with a mix of large and detailed contour features, marshes, crag and rock detail, steep slopes and small tarns. The area has a limited path network but good off-path runnability when the bracken is down. Popular with walkers, fell runners and sheep (not mapped), the area normally has great views of the surrounding high fells and Lake Windermere.

Entries for all courses will be limited to 450 and will be taken for the start window between 10:30 and 13:00 using 15-minute slots each with 45 entries.
Some EoD will be available for Yellow and Orange, see LOC website for more details.
Hire dibbers will be available at the event for those who don’t own one.
