The event is a fully inclusive trail run open to all runners. The course is 5 miles (8.1km) long and undulating throughout. The paths are completely traffic free and offer some incredible views in places. During summer road or trail shoes are fine, except when there is a lot of rain, in this case, trail shoes are advisable. The course will be fully marshalled and signposted throughout.
HRRC are committed to making this event as enjoyable and inclusive to all runners. So, if you have never raced off road before, and are a little apprehensive, don’t be. There will be a tail runner to further ensure no one gets left behind.
Start Time - 6.45pm
Individual Prizes for all major age categories; and Team prizes1st placed Male and Female senior and Vets teams. Top 3 placed runners count.
