A full weekend of running! Coaching sessions led by record breaking fell runner and UKA Coach Nicky Spinks on Saturday and a chance to practice your new skills on a guided run with the Due North Team on Sunday, plus a talk from a coach/physio/nutritionist (topic to be confirmed). Guided fell/trail runs, optional guided night/head torch run, and coaches on hand to give help and expert advice throughout the weekend.
Accommodation in the YHA Kettlewell, breakfast, lunch and evening meals included.
This weekend is suitable for anyone who would like to improve their running on fell or trail. If you are a beginner on the fells/trail please see our other events which may be more suitable or get in touch for advice on choosing the right course for you.

Full Weekend package - £200pp.
You will need:
- Running clothes for 2 days (there may be 3-5 different sessions over the weekend).
- Full body waterproof cover (jacket and trousers) with taped seams.
- Hat and Gloves.
- Extra-long sleeved layer (thermal preferred).
- Fell/trail running shoes
- Bumbag/running backpack, water bottle/bladder compatable.
- Head torch if taking part in the night run.
- Casual clothing for free time (Pub?)
The Hostel is in the Yorkshire Dales village of Kettlewell, with a local shop and three pubs. All of the running sessions will be in and around Kettlewell with the longer distance runners covering more of the Wharfedale area.
A transfer service from Skipton train/bus station will be available at a small charge for anyone travelling by public transport.
