Back for its third year, this time the David Lloyd Southdown Way Ultra starts in Brighton and finishes in Worthing.
The route takes you from Brighton Marina up to the racecourse then to the Southdowns Way via The Falmer Link path. 20 miles west before leaving the Southdowns Way for the final 10 mile leg through the Angmering estate and the final hill which is Highdown Hill. 95% of this race is off road.
The finish is at the David Lloyd Clubs in Worthing, where all runners will receive a bespoke eco medal and delicious food cooked by the DL catering team
The changeover points for the relay will be Ditchling Car Park, Truleigh Hill and Kithurst Hill .
For those ultra runners not wanting to do the full 41 miles, we will have a 30 mile ultra starting at Ditchling and finishing in Worthing.
At the relay changeover points we will have full feed stations and drink stops in between to ensure you stay well hydrated.
The course will be marked, a gpx file will be available and a course guide will be supplied.
