Getting repeated shoulder injuries, slipping in the water, feeling tired and inefficient? This is the Masterclass to help you change all that! Develop an effective front-crawl catch, increase propulsion, reduce fatigue, and swim faster with less effort.
Masterclass elements include:
- Small group, highly personalised
- High quality venue - pool, studio, gym
- 4 hours of high-quality in-water & land instruction
- Flexibility testing, land training insights
- Planning for success
*Sessions suitable for all swimmer level (except novices).
Timings
Meet Reception - 08:30 (coffee), Pool Practical 1, 09:00-10:00, Studio Theory (coffee) 10:00-11:00, Gym Training 11:00-12:00, Pool Practical 2, 12:00-13:00. Finish.
Kit Required - You're going to be in the water twice, health studio and gym so please bring swim kit and comfortable clothes for the land work.

Note that there are no transfers or refunds available once the swims are booked.
