Registration
This will be from 8.15am – 9.30am at The Princess Pavilion, Falmouth. Entrants must collect their race number on the day. Race numbers must not be folded, cut or mutilated in any way. THERE WILL BE NO ON THE DAY ENTRIES!
There is no official baggage storage at the Race HQ. Bags can be left at the Pavilion at the owner's risk.
The race is limited to 750 places. Online registration will close at midday on Wednesday 12th March 2026, or when the race is at capacity. This event has been a sell out for the last 3 years, so we advise people to register well in advance to avoid missing out!
Start Time - 10am
Parking
Parking will be limited so please car share where possible.
- There is pay and display parking available at the Dell and Maritime Car Parks, which are both about a 10 minute walk from Race HQ.
- There may be parking available at the Gylly Beach car park. Although we aren't sure if the works will be completed in time to be used on race day.
- There is also some on road parking in the housing estates near Gylly Beach Cafe, please park considerately.
- Please DO NOT park on Cliff Road, as you will be stuck inside of the roa closure and be in the way of the race.
- Car share where possible.

Race Categories
- First 3 Male and Female Finishers overall.
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female Under 35 and Vets: 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 & 75+
- 1st 3 Male Teams (6 to count) and 1st 3 Female Teams (6 to count)
- It is anticipated that presentations will take place at the finish area by 13.30pm (dependent on weather).
- First 750 entries will be guaranteed an event medal.
Chip Timing
The race will be chip timed however all placings will be awarded using gun to chip time. Timing chips will be worn on the ankle and must be returned at the end of the race.
Changing & Refreshments
Toilets are available at the Race HQ. Food and drink will also be available to purchase at the nearby Gylly Beach Café and Castle Beach Café. There are no changing rooms or showers.
MP3 Players
As this race is part of the Cornwall Grand Prix series it is required to implement certain series race rules. Following a decision made by the Cornwall Road Running Group all MP3 players and personal audio devices are banned whilst running in this race for reasons of health & safety, both yours and other competitors. When you wear such a device you are unable to hear other competitors, cars, bicycles or marshal’s instructions. Marshals will be placed around the route who will be noting any individuals wearing personal audio devices. If you are found to be wearing such a device you will be disqualified from the race.
Please also note that dogs, wheelchairs, wheeled carriages and cycles are banned and competitors cannot be accompanied or followed, either on foot or by vehicular conveyance of any description.
