Distance – This is a 6 hour challenge and the course is 5km long. Entrants can run as many laps as they wish within the 6 hours.

Event description
This is a 6 hour challenge event and each lap is 5km long. Runners have the opportunity to run as many laps as they wish within the 6 hour limit. One complete lap will earn the finisher a bespoke Abbey Ascent Medal. The course begins by ascending the amphitheatre, a tough but short climb, before then following a fairly flat 5km lap back to the start/finish area. Runners times will be recorded and each finisher will receive a race certificate (post event) detailing the number of completed laps and their race time.
